Another dragon! As if I haven't done enough already 
To mix things up, it's a four-eyed dragon. Why not?
Photoshop. Experimented with using photo textures and brushes for the fire. Pretty pleased with the results, and it didn't eat up my time like [link] where I hand-painted every lick of flame D:
